This is a little segment called "The Blindfold". The disc jockey asked the man who caught the garter, to put it on the leg of the woman who caught the bouquet, with a blind fold on. He did not know she would later be asked to switch chairs with the groom. I congratulate this guest for taking it with the merriment of the moment. A lesser man may not have reacted, quite as graciously.
