The Sonoran Desert Museum is located in pristine wilderness, on the western slopes of the Tucson Mountains, not far from Old Tucson Studios.
If you love desert plants and gorgeous scenery, you may want to consider this destination, for your wedding. Take a ride to Gates Pass. From there, forge ahead to Kenny Road and onward to the museum. For the best light, do it a couple of hours before sundown. Be prepared ~ for you are about to witness some of the most beautiful scenery in the area.
