| Q: Do I get to see the layouts I've selected with my photos before you have them printed? |
| A: Absolutely! The first drafts will be posted to Photo Reflect (* our on-line store ) for viewing purposes only. * This is the same website as your on line proofs. |

| Q: How long will it take before I'm able to see the results? |
| A: We don't like to keep our customers waiting. The pages will most likely be posted in intervals. They are put together between photographing weddings and editing images. So, how much I have going on may from time to time have some influence. However, the "Templates" pages, I've created, and your subsequent participation, will effectively move this process along at a faster pace.

| Q: After seeing the layouts, what if there are any pages I'm not that fond of? |
| A: Over and above the initial layouts, for every 5 pages/ 10 sides to your album, you're entitled to an hour and a half of editing time. For a 10page/20side Montage book, you will have 3 hours: for a 15side/30page book, you're allotted 4.5 hours.....etc. |
